Journal Explorers to Release Book
Arkham, MA, July
11, 2006
The talk show circuit has been clamoring for
nearly a year to speak to the surviving members of the expedition
that discovered the famed Cthulhu notebook. Security has been tight
at Arkham Asylum, though, with medical staff insisting that media
exposure would only delay their patients' recoveries.
Today, however, a spokesman for the explorers announced that all but
one of them has signed a deal to write a book about their adventure.
The remaining team member is still confined to isolation and
undergoing intensive shock therapy, so lawyers for the publishing
company feel he doesn't meet the competency requirements to enter
into a legal contract at this time.
Due to a gag clause in the contract, expedition members will not be
allowed to give interviews or speak to members of the press until
after the release of the book, expected later this year. |
